Long story but for one reason or another it's been 3 weeks since I've been able to run. Had completed week 7 Run 2 before my blip !! Now ready to start again but am unsure whether I should try run 3 of week 7 or should I go back to an earlier week - any advice gratefully received.

Ha! That all depends upon your outlook on life.
If you are an optimist, then do W7r3 but don't be worried if you find it difficult, or don't complete the run.
If you are a pessimist, then redo W6 starting at W6r1 and build back up.
For me, people talk about the glass being 50% empty or 50% full. Of course the glass is always 100% full... 50% water and 50% air. So I would do W7r3.
I would try for run 3 but don't push it. Probably you will be fine but if not you can decide if that was just a practise or if you do need to go back a week.

I'm like this a lot... I am on week 6 run 3 but been doing this programne for a few months now so it's taking a long time due to other things going on that prevent a regular schedule. I always pick up from where I left off though and it's been fine! Good luck with it!
