Well I've only gone and done it. 20mins trotting round the block. Not only did I "again" manage to keep my speed fairly in check, but I didn't even get the slightest twinge of a stitch like I did at the end of W5R2. My speed didnt seem as smoothed out as R2, but still, massively chuffed I got through it. My legs were a bit like jelly for 15 or so seconds when the 20min was up though. π
Decided to chuck a Ricky Gervais podcast on this time. I found it better than music, as with songs I started to breath in time with the music instead of my steps which put me off. π Which sounds strange I know.
This C25K App/course has been hard but amazing so far, looking forward to W6. πͺπ»
Have a good weekend all. ππ»ππ»

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ
Well done, itβs a real sense of achievement doing this run! You start to realise that itβs all possible π. Best of luck with week 6 πππ.
