I only went and did it!!

Massively proud of myself for achieving 20min non stop running. This forum has been amazing , reading all the posts from other people surprising themselves at this stage convinced me that I could do it too!

I’ve never run before, am not sporty , 4.5 stone overweight and asthmatic (well controlled). But I did it! 😄

my breathing was fine right the way through & at no point (except at the end!) did I feel I needed to stop. My legs did start to feel a little tired in the last few mins, but I’d expected that & just kept going

Onwards to w6 ! Good luck everyone 👏👏😄

Ooooh yessss! Fantastic achievement! Congratulations and well done. Such a great feeling to have smashed this milestone run. You are a star! Now you can see Week 6 lurking on the horizon and you can go out to meet it full of confidence.

This forum is amazing; there is so much support here and we have a ready family of runners, many of them new runners, who will not only celebrate our achievements with us, but give us a boost when things don’t quite go according to plan.

Today you are on a high and you can revel in your glory! 👏👏👏🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
