Morning all, was going to wait two days between run two and three but took inspiration from Blossom on here and went out and did it.
Found it easier than run two but that was probably because I wasn't overdressed or without music lol...
Haven't run outside for 30 plus years until this and I know I've said it a few times but never would've achieved it without the program and forum.
To paraphrase......every 5k journey starts with week 1 run 1, You can do it, don't get hung up on speed or distance and certainly don't worry about others. I dread to think what people thought about an overweight, bald, fifty something trying to run around the village in old work polo shirt and camouflage shorts......
Stay safe all and stay with it, x
