So elated I completed this, was hard going I have to say. But I did it. I only managed to run 2.25k, so not sure i should be upping my speed. I was so over the moon that I finished it though

Slow is ideal at this stage. Well done - this is a real milestone!

Yay! Well done. I'm not far ahead of you -that run really feels like a turning point doesn't it?!

Well done. I wouldn't even think about speed or distance, just the time. Find a pace that allows you to keep running for the session's run time, that is how you will be able to progress at this stage and avoid injury

Well done , that's a toughie !

Don't worry about speed or distance , its not important at all. You just need to concentrate on completing the runs, slow and steady is the way :-)

Keep going, youre doing great ! :-) xxx

Well done on nailing that run. That is a huge accomplishment! Don't even think about speed or distance at the moment. Leave that 'til after graduation. Take it slow and easy. Good luck for week 6 :)

Keep it slow. It's a perfect speed if you can complete the run. And congratulations!

That particular run was important to me. I think that was when I started believing that I could actually learn to run for 30 minutes. Well done on getting this far👏👏👏

That's awesome Jazzi14 well done you. I'm due to do that one tomorrow - eek & imagine I'll be at that sort of distance maybe less. You've done fab being able to keep going!! I feel v slow & although r1 felt good, r2 this week was a struggle so I'm a little apprehensive about the next one.
