I had tried to psyche myself up to run outside this week but I have a mental block for some reason - I did it outside the first time. I decided not to make a big deal out of it and keep to plan on the treadmill.
My calves we’re solid from being sat down all day again - but I did it and need to just keep going

Well done for doing it, that's what's important and I'm sure you'll venture out when you feel ready. I also find it hard if I've been sat down all day before (or even the day before) and feel better for walking and running. Enjoy week 4!
