Just completed - I found this was the hardest run yet. But trusted that I could do it as I had followed the programme. Just focused on each 5 minutes ahead. So proud of myself who would have thought I could - only a few weeks ago I could only do one minute.
Week 6 run 3: Just completed - I found this was... - Couch to 5K
Week 6 run 3
Huge well done you... I did Week 6 Run 3 yesterday too ( I am repeating C25K again, for the umpteenth time, after illness in October. )
The runs from now on, are perfect for slow and steady. The newly forming running legs know what to do and by trusting the plan, as you are, you will get to Week 9 injury free and having had fun.
Just relax, try to land gently, ( kissing the ground with your feet ), and don't rush at all. You are doing brilliantly!
I am doing Week 7 Run 1 on Monday morning... my birthday today and a birthday garden lunch with daughter and family tomorrow... so having a rest day with some exercises to keep everything moving! Maybe we will run Week 7 together!
Enjoy your weekend too!
Thank you for your support. Happy birthday it is my uncles today as well - enjoy. Only 9 more runs to do 🙈🙈🤣🤣
Happy birthday Uncle... ! Yes... not many to go and they get better... it is amazing how much progress we make by taking it slow and steady and we get more stamina and more strength too. Have you upped your strength and stamina work on some rest days? It does help as the runs get longer
Brilliant 👏
