Just finished week 6 run 3, definitely not easy but I wasn't going to stop until Sarah M told me I could, I just went slower and slower πbut while I was crawling along my mind was wandering and it occurred to me that back at the beginning of this I used to say to the family "I'm just going out for a bit of exercise, won't be long" but now I say "I'm just going out for a run" . The response from some family members is often laughter but I thought it was an interesting change in the way I'm thinking. Just thought I'd share βΊοΈ

Go you ..rocking the run...and proud of it!Just relax into the longer runs...let the newly forming running legs do what they know they can.
