Week 6 run 3

Just back from the last run of week six, OMG I completed a twenty five minute run and did feel like I could have gone on a little longer I think I might have even speeded up for the last sixty seconds ( not that fast still could be better by a sloth I think). But I did it so proud of my self that I have got this far and managed to conquer sore shins, knees and breathing well remembering to breathe was the first thing and then slowing it down if only I could conquer the beetroot red face.
