I am so happy - today I completed week four run one! After week three I was really nervous for the 5 minute runs - but I am definitely beginning to realise a lot of it is my head telling me I can’t because I DID IT!
I did find it difficult to begin with but made sure to take it slowly and it actually went by very quickly! The beautiful weather certainly helped. I’ve attached a pic from my run along the beach - it was lovely!
Hope you’re all having a good weekend 😊

Well done to you Katie4 on completing run 1 of week 4, that is a good photo of the blue sky and pebble beach, not sure where, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4 in a few days time.
Well done Katie no need to be nervous, the plan is very gradual and you can always slow down if it gets tough. Great photo, looks a really nice place, must be lovely to run on the seafront 👍🏃♀️
Good on you Katie! I am so pleased for you. I know it is such a challenge, but also how elated and happy you can feel when you can comfortably complete a new duration period within the programme. It has taken me months to get to Week 8, but my advice is, do not worry about repeating weeks. Just keep repeating weeks until you feel ready to step up to the next week. And if the next week is too much, just go back. Your body is telling you to train more that's all, and your body is the only thing you should take any notice of. Good luck Katie and my best wishes for the rest of C25K
