Week Four, Run Two

Boy that was hard going! But it was tough in my head before I even got outside- am tired today, it’s cold and wet and the last thing I wanted to do was roll out of bed and go running. I did it though and despite having my trousers on back to front - not sure how I managed that! - I did it! Even managed to run past a chap parked up in a land rover and give a cheery wave! Onwards and upwards to the next one 🙂

At least they weren't upside down, that would have been harder for running !

Glad you managed to motivate yourself into getting out of the door. Well done !

Good job getting out and doing it, despite the rain and wardrobe malfunction.

Another one in the bag. Look forward to the next one, if you can manage to get dressed properly!!! 😉😂😂😂

Well done you for getting out there when you could easily have stayed in bed. Kudos 👏👏👏

I've just done my first run of week 4. I was in the same mindset as you. I completed it but had to walk for a minute or two. It was wet and miserable, but so glad I did it. Well done.
