Week 3 run 2

@RainbowC posted recently that she was allowed to not want to go out but wasn’t allowed to give into the desire - and that was exactly me this evening! The sun has been gloriously bright all day and I had a beautiful walk with Ollie this morning. But I just wasn’t feeling a run - but remembering the previous comment I pulled on my trainers and off Ollie and I went.

It was glorious and I loved it and I felt fabulous when I got home.

I did run w3d2 today too. Yay us! It's so strange adapting to this mind and body that seems to enjoy running after almost 40 years of thinking running was what other people did... my eldest asked me how my run was when I got home and immediately I told him it was great... I loved it! Who am I? Long may this last, and I must hold onto it. I'm sure the nerves will kick in before the upcoming weeks.

Yah us indeed!!!! I love this!! Brilliant running and magic enthusiasm and positivity. The buzz of the 5mins cool down is amazing and the joy of achieving another run is brilliant.
