So I got up at 5.50am to get ready for my run,, it wasn’t till I got downstairs and looked outside that realised it was still dark,, all set to go and now I’ve got to wait,, I’m not sure if this changed my thought process but the run seemed harder than the previous two.
I really had to dig in deep for the last part of the run, it definitely became a battle, my legs were feeling heavy and my mind was telling me to stop. I did finish it but felt drained after...
I guess it’s going to go that way from time to time. Still happy I completed week 4 though 🙂

Hi Martin, I run through a nature reserve around lakes and up gravel tracks,, I got head light on order should be here today,, it just court me off guard this morning.
Monday I was able to run at 7 due to not having to get to work early so I hadn’t noticed the change,, be good to go Friday 👍
I like running in the very early morning, too. Why not consider a head torch? Or a chest torch? (I prefer the latter) then you can keep to your preferred time! I live in a rural area with very little street lighting, so I have to have something. The chest torch is on a strap and very easy to wear. It also has a red light attached that sits on my back. I’m lit up like a beacon!
