This running should eat easier with time?? I just done my week 2 run 3 and my left calf was tight all the way through run. It specially hurt when I was walking 🤷🏻♀️ I slowed right down and it got better. Slower walk helped the run. But over all it wasn’t easy for me. I’m glad I’m sticking to the programme but I really would like to get better. Okay week 3. Here I come 💃🏻
Hey Caseofnuts you're doing great don't be to hard on yourself or expect too much. You're only 6 runs in to a 27 run program and even then you'll still be a beginner! I think you will see the difference in week or 4 to 5 but as has been said the runs get longer the challenges remain. So keep it slow and steady you'll be fine. The plan is great and it works.
