Only just started, first run KILLED me off body aching hahah but it’ll be worth it in the end to say that i ran 5k whether it took a while or not

Go slowly! And I mean SLOW. You will get to running 30 minutes by the end, but maybe not 5k in 30 minutes. Don't worry about speed - that is how you get injured. That 5k will come eventually.

I didn’t do stretches at the end of my first run - really sore muscles next day - only just finished run 3 of week 1 but stretching at end of the runs has made a big difference not as achey !! Well done starting the programme
