Take it slow and steady, have your rest days, and you will soon find it gets better. I won't say it is easy but you have done the hardest step to start 👏
Honestly it does get easier, you’ll surprise yourself in a few weeks time stay determined and good luck 😊
It doesn't exactly get easier but you change as the programme goes on so that as the runs get harder so you become capable of doing them. It's the most remarkable thing to experience.

W1R1 had me aching. Got easier thereafter, it terms of pain/aches from being unfit!
I felt the same after week 1 but managed week 2 - even thought 'is that it' at the end! It was still hard but in a different way - keep going! *only just done week 2 here so can't advise any further along!*
First run is the hardest and you've completed the important first step. Well done and happy next run.
It does Just take it slowly and steadily...
I was where you are and with the same thoughts. It will get easier as each run "banks" stamina for the next run. The whole programme is progressive and designed for success, so long as you want it. Keep going
