How did you get on with w5 r2? Iβve just done it and although I completed it I donβt think Iβve ever run slower! Hoping weather cools for r3.
I did that one today. I felt the same as you. I think I've felt at my limit every week so far! As my daughter told me - the programme is made to help you build up slowly - you will be able to do it even if you don't feel like it. So far she's been right. Here's to R2 - we got this!
Indeed! Well she is doing sports science for A level - but then she tells me she can't run for longer than 5 mins! I keep telling her to download the app. I'm doing R2 on Friday - hopefully I will feel the same! Good luck & keep on running.
