I felt a little hesitant to go eun as it was raining well, but I went nevertheless. And what the hell? Running in rain is fun! And when stepping right in the middle of a puddle, I was glad to have my waterproof socks.
Anyhow, 2 x 10 minutes. It was harder then I had hoped. The first 10 minutes were ok. But the second 10 minutes felt like 20... I also have the problem that my first half is running down and going back (second half) is running up. I mean in height, my home lies slightly higher and I do feel it in my legs.
I donβt mind when it starts raining while I am running - nice and cooling. But it is hard to get out of bed and go for a run when the rain is lashing at the window! π§π¦βοΈπ
Well done! The weather certainly keeps it interesting at the moment - didnβt know there were such things as waterproof socks, so will def Google them π
It's a mental challenge as well as physical and you can smash this ππππ

Good luck!
I am honestly thinking about stopping with the program and just do what I like. As in: keep doing intervals if 25 minutes in 1 go just don't go for me. And just build up my amount of minutes in intervals or my amount of intervals. It has to stay fun and how I see it coming now, it just ain't fun.
Well done Hidden you may find yourself pleasantly surprised by the next run, I certainly did - my body was able to do it just my mind caused me problems. Maybe that runners high will hit you π
