Did W6R2 this evening, and I can tell you. I found it hard, not sure if my legs were still reeling after the punishment of Mondays run followed by a 200 mile motorbike ride to Blackpool and back ... it after the first 10 minute run I was thinking "I'll be alright after this recovery walk". Well, not long into the second 10 minute run... my legs were feeling quite 'used' and they were definitely made of something more flexible than bones, they felt like rubber ... but, with 6 minutes still to go I was determined I was going to continue and finish the run, and I did, fair enough I was counting down the minutes, but I was still running, and those minutes were ticking by ... I did it, the 10 minutes were up and I had run all the way, and not even slowed my pace.
Friday will be a very light jog, don't want to overdo things as its my sponsored run on Sunday ...
Will be keeping you posted about that too ...k
