Awful W6R2 😣😣😣

First 10 minutes run was hard, but the second 10 minutes run I really struggled with and started thinking ‘this is as far as I can go with this’, and maybe I’m not a runner after all, I think I need to try this one again to see if it was just a bad day, or if it really is my limit 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Well done... gremlins in your head are lying, you did it. Some runs suck for no reason, but you beat it. You can do this.

You can do it! It's a tricky one. Last one with intervals. Lovely long runs now ! 👟👟😁

I think if you finished it, there's no reason to repeat it. You did it - well done!

NO. NO. HONEYBEE63. please don't give up, we all have some bad days, in our case bad runs, I'm sure you have not got to the bit that "you cannot go on with this", you have got this far on the program, perhaps take a few extra days off before the third run of week 6 and just take that first run of 4/25 minute runs slower than the pace that you ran W5R3. You are just 1 run short of officially ' becoming a runner 🏃'

Only repeat runs you don't finish. You finished this one. Plus, you've run 20 minutes before haven't you, in week 5 run 3, so no reason to let the gremlins tell you you can't do it. Lots of people find the first two runs of week 6 hard. Hey, it's SUPPOSED to be a challenge. The whole point of this is you are doing stuff you couldn't do before. Enjoy your success, because a success is what it was, and look forward to your next one.

Keep on going I didn't finish W6R3. It's hard going but it's all in the mind I will be repeating r3 tomorrow. You can do it. I can do it. WE CAN DO IT. WE have come this far and the finishing line is in sight don't give up

You did it. You kept going👌🏻. Sometimes I struggle with a run and think, if that was hard😨, the next one will be awful😰. Then I do the next one and it’s OK and I enjoy myself😅. I’m baffled why it works that way but am glad it does. Just do the next run and you might find it’s OK - today may just have been an off day. In which case you did particularly well to finish it💪🏽👏🏽.

Hey HB you did great you didn't fail. We are not machines and some days our bodies say I don't wanna do this. Think of your progress as the upward curve on a graph. You've just got a little kink in that graph but the only way is up! As someone said have a slightly longer rest, a week even if necessary, you'll come back stronger and crush it!
