This programme is astonishing! I just ran for 8mins - twice!!!! And I actually felt amazing at the end of both. The 5mins walk felt like an interruption rather than a recovery and when I started running again, I felt like my legs had seized up. I had watched the video on the Japanese slow running and tried that to get me going again and it worked like magic. The pain in my knee eased and on I went.
I feel so delighted with myself every time I achieve another run. The advice, support and encouragement from you amazing people is just incredible. I feel a bit euphoric - I just ran 8mins ππππ.
