Omg I can hardly believe it! I’ve run for 8 mins twice the first with relative ease! I’d have never believed back in week 1 when 60secs a struggle that I’d achieve this. I am over the moon and felt like a runner for a few minutes during my first eight minutes. Never thought I’d say that either. Couch to 5k I salute you - you work miracles. From an overweight 41 yr old to running for 8 mins straight! Bring on run 3 on Sunday 20 mins - I can do this. Good luck to everyone this weekend whatever run your on and remember if you put your mind to it you can achieve anything 😀

I know absolutely crazy feeling. I’d never have believed it 5 weeks ago when I couldn’t even manage 60 secs!!

Well done you, I'm doing the same run this morning, I'm an overweight 64 year old and like you I can't believe what I'm achieving. I too salute C25K I hope my run goes as well as yours has. I will post after to let you know. Keep it up.

You didn't run for eight minutes!!!!!

You ran for sixteen minutes with a five minute brisk walk in the middle........ That is 21 minutes total.........so bear that in mind for future runs.

Well done.
