Week 5 run 2

I was dreading this one so much! I worked a night shift on Saturday then had 12 hours at my work placement today. Didn’t think I would manage running for 8 minutes straight as I was really tired but I did it ☺️ I was genuinely so shocked when Jo said I was halfway through my first run, I thought it had only been 2 minutes!

Dare I say that I found this... easy?! I’m so proud, I never ever thought I would run for 1 minute straight never mind 8!

Glad you are enjoying the program, RunningStN, so proud that you can now run for 8 minutes, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 5, I am sure you will also enjoy that run.

Thank you! I’m really enjoying it and *touch wood* I haven’t had a bad run yet! Although I have probably jinxed it now haha. But yes, onwards and upwards!

Good luck for run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. I will not tell you what it involves, however, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself. 😊 🏃

PS. Don't look ahead, wait until your coach tells you what it is. 😊 🏃

I’m a student nurse but I also work a healthcare assistant job at a hospital when I have time, so that’s what I was doing Saturday. They are so draining! Thank you so are you☺️

This is very inspirational as I'm facing 90 seconds of running this week in week 2!

Absolutely brilliant! It's amazing how "easy" it feels after all the trepidation! Well done. I completed W4R1 yesterday and felt the same. X
