Hiya....
So after feeling like the walking dead all day after my busy weekend of nightshifts at work, I decided to get my act together and head over to my usual spot this evening. I usually run in the morning but it just wasn't happening anytime before 5pm today.
Started my run and what did I do... I accidentally pressed the fast forward on the app. I had no idea how long I had run for so I just stopped, walked for a couple of minutes and started again. I probably had only ran for about 2 minutes anyway but for peace of mind I started over.
So off I go again and I had a lovely run. Both 8 minute runs went really well. Smooth, slow and very comfortable. I could've continued but I always stick to the program.
So that's week 5 Run 2 done.
The next run is dreaded by alot of people but I do love the longer runs. So bring on the 20 minutes run on Wednesday.
