There are good & bad days, today was very good!! I'm amazed, each run is different.

This week I take 2 days in between (with strength & flex exercises), I'm testing my body. Here all of you know to motivate, thanks.

When it makes you feel like that Moonoflight what's not to like 👍 the sheer simplicity of throwing on a pair or trainers and you're away. No gym, no clutter just you and your running....
