Completely different to run 1wk9, it was cooler, no hangover and I was well hydrated. It was very comfortable, the smile was back on my face and I could have run for longer. I enjoyed this run and now I'm desperate to graduate!
Thank you all for your advice and encouragement πππ

Only one more run for you Cockneymick until you graduate, congratulations on almost completing C25K, well done, I wish you the very best of luck for your graduation run on Wednesday.
Yay - made it, in the rain, but it was ok! Slow, but I'm feeling as though I could now go a bit faster, perhaps. 30 minutes running though - we are nailing this running thing!
Thatβs brilliant, well done!! Only one more to go!! I start week 9 on Wednesday! I really canβt believe it! Itβs gone so fast, only feels like yesterday I was on week 2 π what are your running plans for after you graduate?
It certainly has flown by but the beginning felt like a mountain to climb. Its all been a blur really since run 3 wk 5. I intend on running for 30 mins every two days for 6 weeks or so, on Wednesday night I'll read all the consolidation guides for ideas πππ
