Week 9 Run 2 done...

... And I feel so proud of myself! I'm in Cardiff this evening for work so spent 4.5 hours on a train getting here. I took an early train especially so I could get changed at the hotel gym (too early to check in but wanted to run in daylight) then run in Cardiff Bay. It was *lovely* - cold but exhilarating. I'm in my room now and it has a bath and bathrobes and a nespresso machine so I'm relaxing before this evening's shindig. One run to go!
