Struggled with my breathing. ... might have been the cold air...couldn’t find a good steady pace....so I stopped. I paused everything and collected myself... caught my breath and then restarted.
Much better then. Good pace and breathing well.
Not looking forward to 28 minutes of continuous running....

Well done! Breathing is key isn’t it! Think u r right about when it’s colder. Don’t stress about the next week, trust in the plan . You can do it and think about how great you will feel when you have done it👍👏👏
