Today I have managed my first post pace maker run , it was so enjoyable , I loved it ( thanks for the tip about the extra cropped top )

I had an extra long warm up, then a slow 15 min run in the park and an extra long cool down. it felt so good to be back out there :-)

What a lovely time I had . I'm happy 🐌🐌

I was thinking of you yesterday when I was having a tougher run than usual. Kept telling myself to keep on going because if a lady with a pacemaker was willing to run again, no excuse for me to weenie out :) Thanks for the inspiration and example :)
