It was amazing! I actually liked it better than week 1 ( probably because there are only 6 runs) I changed from Sarah Millican to Laura. Still puffing after the runs but I do feel my stamina is already getting better.
Had to run after work and it was getting dusky but I ran round my local park, duck pond and river. Just did laps as I know it’s about 5 minutes till home and my warm down walk.
Anyone else at the same stage as me? How are you all doing?
