Have done the week 1 run about 5 times over the last few weeks, with breaks in between for various reasons. Thought I'd give the week 2 run a go, telling myself you only have to do 6 runs instead of 8. It was hard work, but I managed it!!- some of the running was even uphill - but that particular 90 seconds just about finished me off! Anyway, encouraging, and some of it could even (possibly) be described as jogging, rather than shuffling.

Well done on tackling the first run of week 2. It's surprising just how well we can do but don't always realise it. Good luck for the second W2 run and very best wishes.
well done, those first few weeks are really hard! and some uphill too i'm impressed!
The first part of my runs are up a gradual hill. I have to run really slowly up there. I do a linear run so I know that it will be easier running as I start to get tired on the way home. Keep at it, you are doing really well.
I'm just about to start Week 2 also... try to remember to slow down a bit if you find you're struggling *note to self also*.
Well done
