I came back for more! It was easier than I was expecting, I went further before the half way bell and I was surprised and pleased to finish in almost exactly the same place I started, so my second half was the same pace as my first. This wasn’t the case on run one, but I definitely feel I paced myself better. I’m not naive though: I know there will be tough weeks but I can certainly say I’m pleased with myself today. Well done Molly I completed W1R3 last week, am going to start on W2R1 this afternoon. The sun is out and I am as determined as you are to start as I mean to go on.

Very well done. Yes there are tough weeks... the one I really don’t want to have to do again is week 1. Enjoy the next run.
