AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 3 years ago Congratulations on graduating from C25K and running your first 5K, however, strictly speaking you should have ran several 30 minute consolidation runs before running the full 5K, nevertheless once again congratulations on graduating from C25K, now go and π π ππΎ celebrate

Iβm still running and still loving it 7.5 years from that first horrendous W1R1 π© I canβt believe it myself but itβs now ingrained π
But itβs just lovely to see a blast from the past. Keep posting Sparky and many congratulations to you once again π₯° whoop whoop...

In my second go through C25K recently I had Week 9 as 30min/31min/5km. However, I did do the completing 5km in 31Β½ minutes, meaning there wasn't a huge stretch in duration.
As long as you're used to doing the longer duration, that's fine, but I'd suggest an extra rest day before your next run or a much shorter run (as I did today) next time.

Definitely an Extra rest day and will go back to consolidation runs for a couple of weeks x thank you
