Wk9r3 completed and I feel amazing! After only 3 months I'm running for 30 minutes and loving it. Average distance 3.8km so planning on working on pace to build gradually to 5k. Thanks to all of you for your inspiration and help. YAY π₯°

Congratulations! ππΌββοΈππ π₯
Woo hoooooo!!!! Hopefully this will be me on Saturday too!! Two runs to goππ
And Iβve the same idea about building to 5k, I was about the same distance last night.
Youβve come so far!!
That's brilliant, well done. I've just done R1W5 I hope I can get to the end π
Great stuff. Do not be in a hurry to run too fast. I have found that it is speed not distance that affects my body, so my first 5k was nearly 40 minutes. So go steady at 30 minutes and maybe once a week go a little further until you make it to 5k after a few months, congrats once again
Brilliant! Congratulations, a really fine achievement. This running malarkey can become quite addictive thoughπ
Weldone, itβs a great feeling isnβt it π
Well done and many congratulations it feels great doesnβt it. Just keep enjoying the running and you will be amazed what happens to both your time and distance, just donβt get too hung up on it.
Congratulations. Amazing achievement ππππππ
Iβm steps behind you, my WK9R3 tomorrow, yesterday I ran 4K in 35 mins and so also need to improve my pace. After the program will mix it up with distance runs and timed runs but intend to keep three runs a week going, canβt believe Iβm here!
Congratulations and very well done. Keep up the sensible approach and you will reach 5K in no timeππ
Well done! Itβs a great feeling when you complete that 3rd run in week 9! πππ
Congratulations π₯³
Well done , I graduated a wee while ago and I'm still plodding along alternate days , now 'running' for 40 mins and it's mostly easier .So keep it up !
Fantastic
