That was better ... good mindset, no toxic ten, breathing under control, and nice slow pace. I'm really chuffed. At the beginning of Week 9, I really had my doubts as I found the first 2 runs really hard on my body but today went well. Now I know I can do it. I'm a long way from 5k but can shuffle for 30 minutes without stopping.
