I really didn't think I could do it but I did!!! I'm Loving the sense of achievement I'm feeling from experience. I couldn't take the route I had planned as it was cordoned off and a herd of cows were in my path s a bit of quick thinking and a very higgledy piggly route took me up to the time. I am so chuffed!!! Really beginning to believe that I might actually graduate at the end of this!!!

Ah ha! Well done indeed. Great news! That's the spirit, just what you need to spur you on through the weeks

Of course you will graduate! Just continue to go very steadily and you'll be there in no time. Importantly, in one piece. Resist the urge to go too quick. You can save that for much further down the line

Have fun!

Thanks so much!!! I'm going very slow at the moment and have purposely not researched running apps so as not to get disheartened by any apparent lack of distance of my runs. At the moment just managing the time is a huge achievement for me. I must admit though, I did have a look at the graduate tee shirts after this mornings run!!! I think I'll treat myself to one when I graduate. Thanks for your support, it is appreciated.

I got one of the metal badges and wear it pinned to my running jacket. I am so proud of it! A tee shirt or pin would make a fab Graduation gift to yourself. You will have earned it.

Don't worry about time/speed/distance covered or any of that. It's just an unnecessary distraction at this point in your running life. Just finishing each run is all you need concentrate on. Being slow is just fine. It's the bet way to tackle the sessions

It's amazing how many people on this forum run with, beside and away from cows! They seem to get everywhere.

You're nearly there so keep up the good work :-)

Thank you!!! Yes ours move around a lot so you never know what route will be open!!! They do have cow bells though so at least I am pre-warned!!!
