Week 6 - Run 2

I was day late on this one as I had to go to hospital yesterday for surgery - nothing major - but I didn’t think it was a good idea to run while the anaesthetic was wearing off! It’s a testament to this program that I wanted to though!

I did run tonight and although both runs were long they weren’t an insurmountable jump from Run 1 and good music always passes the time. A little site at the start but I made sure I started at a slow pace. Good thing I traded the cargo shorts (don’t ask) for tracksuit pants as the temperature is plummeting at nights now!

Ummm 🤔 was wondering about the trackie bottoms, i'm still just in shorts, but last night, was thinking how cold it was, but once i was running, was ok!

I had to switch since the zip gave out in the shorts haha and I could see the writing on the wall weather wise 😂
