Did this run this morning, the moon was going down when I left the house and the sun was up in the sky on my return. I think the sun looks a bit like the moon in this pic.
Lovely run but it was cold only 3 degrees, but a lovely morning for being out and being thankful that I can indeed run ! ( well slowly and only for 25 minutes) but I’m moving.

Yes it was 6 30am. I’m on the west coast. It’s been glorious today apart from the chilly breeze!
