Week 4 repeated and done

Sometimes it's just the desire to listen to next week's change of music that makes me want to finish...

I chose a diversion from my recent route. The first five minute run was all up a slight incline, but that made me all the more determined, if a bit slower.

Week 5 starts on Saturday. Must do some strength exercises in my rest days and not be tempted by sitting at my keyboard - musical not computer. Maybe do both?

Well done on week 4!! I finish week 4 tomorrow. It's amazing how before every week so far I have thought "I can't do the next one, it will be too hard" and yet it hasn't been.... now running for 5 mins feels fine, really... never would have thought it! Keep going and keep us updated.
