Week four done! This is the longest I’ve kept to one program ever since I’ve had kids. I’ve had gym memberships, yoga passes, alarm clocks, personal trainers, noom etc not going to go on and on - but you get the picture. Not sure what’s different, maybe it’s me, maybe it’s working from home, maybe it’s this forum, maybe it’s my kids growing up that lets me see time differently. Not sure what - but I’m grateful for whatever has lit my fire. Thanks
Week 4 done: Week four done! This is the longest... - Couch to 5K
Week 4 done
Fantastic ! Keep it up , you won't regret it 😁👍
Will definitely do my best! Thanks for encouragement - super duper helpful to get me out there (week 5run 1 done this morning despite the increase in flies that seem to target my eyes!)
Well done on all accounts.
This forum is the secret weapon for success for many people who have previously attempted C25k but found it too hard...........that is what we are here for.
Yes definitely - thanks to everyone who reads/responds - really helpful. Not sure how some of you have time to do it - but know it’s really helpful and your racking up the karma!
Well done on completing week 4 I think it might be magic because I would never in a million years think I would be enjoying a running program
Super well done
Same…. And still here 6 months on which I'm continually amazed at. Keep at it (waves from Haringey), it gets better, easier.
Inspiring! Thanks
That's exactly one of the reasons I did complete it. I told myself that for once I was going to get all the way through the programme just to prove something to myself... of course in the process I got absolutely hooked, so haven't stopped at all (which is a bonus) 👍🏻🤣
Gogojojo I hear that! I’m on a mission.
