Did my final W8 run this morning. Realised last time, that I need to take longer breaks between runs as I tend to take a bit longer to recover (last one was last Fri). So went out and felt I was floating. It went so well I went on after the 28’ and reached 35’. Wasn’t tired but thought it would be better to not push further, as I have a corporate run scheduled for Sun. But it felt good achieving it.

A few more days between running give time for legs to recharge

Indeed, always best to listen to your body. From week 6 on I took two days of rest between runs, sometimes three depending on my schedule. You won't lose any fitness and your body may perform much better after an extra day of rest. It needn't be full rest, of course, you can do other forms of exercise on those days, loads of advice in this forum
