Well, its taken a lot longer than nine weeks but I'm almost there! I can't quite believe it.....28 minutes this morning felt doable, though not easy. Also, I've been a slob on me hols and not run at all......so I was very surprised that I could do it at all today! Week 9....look out, I'm coming to get you!! Anybody reading my post early on....you've got this, seriously, if I can do it I believe absolutely anybody can!!😁
