After an awful week 7 i decided to make the change and run in the evenings rather then the mornings. It worked so well!
My three runs on week 8 went very well. Unfortunately i got some bad news on Thursday morning and that made me delay my run 3 until last night. It was a bit of a shock. No problems with the running despite the 3 day break and my last run really helped me keeping it together. I had really bad sleep those days and felt unable to go running. All good this morning and after a good night sleep im ready to start my (i cannot believe it) final week 9.
The bad news involves my doctors changing my medication and i was told i will be very tired for a month..they told me not to push myself during the next month. I will continue my running and listen to them...if it doesnt feel right ill do less...but trying my best. It will be only a month. Running is keeping me positive so i need it so much!
Thanks for all your encouragement along the way. Have a nice week all of you.

Sorry to hear you’ve had a tough week. Maybe 2 days or even 3 days rest between runs will help you feel energised and ensure you’re not overdoing it?
I often find I have more energy in the evenings too ☺️ There’s no race to cross that finish line so take your time, look after yourself and let us know how you’re getting on.
Very well done for finding a positive way forward with W8. (W7 was my worst week too.)
Hang on in there over the next month - you are absolutely right to plan to listen to your body and adapted as necessary. Life sometimes gets in the way of running for us all, you are not alone.
