Hey all. I didn’t post the last run, then got a tummy bug but today finally managed week 8 run 3. Had to slooooow it down because it had been a while but it was fine.
I’m planning to take 1.5 weeks to finish week 9.

Weeks 7 8 9 podcasts lack inspiration I think. They are not even different words in each run of each week. It’s down to you at this point so head down and you will get there

Well done. You are at a similar point to me. Just about to embark on W8 R2. From week 7 things do get a lot more intense. Yes I agree that the voice overs could do with a little more creativeness but my iTunes keep my mind occupied. I’ve found that taking really deep breaths is vital to making things easier plus hydrating yourself a few hrs before. I’m surprised how well I can run actually. They look daunting when you see the runs but don’t ever seem as bad as you think. In run the Nike Run Club App at the same time as C25K. The last run (Wk8 R1) I actually covered 5k with the walking aswell, which I found most satisfying!!
