I did it. Been thinking about it ever since my last run on Friday - my mind kept saying "it's a big jump from 8 mins to twenty" and "oohh it's more than double" and "you'll have done eight minutes and not even be halfway through" etc. Bloody gremlins !! Anyway, this morning I got on that treadmill and said to myself "You can do this. You've done it before. People in their seventies have done this. I want to do it". And I did ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ Same pace (walk at 6.5 and run at 7.5km/h). Feeling great. Alarm set for next run Tuesday. Happy weekend everyone ๐Ÿ˜

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 on the treadmill, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ
