Today I did the final run and it was one of my best to date. It wasn't without incident mind... that overhead power line and blown transformer was a whopping bang and spark but didn't put me off as neither did the runner who passed me at the mid way point.
Overall I am surprised and impressed to get this far. Not sure where I go from here, but I have seen the 5K+ downloads for building stamina and speed so I guess it's onto those and perhaps create a compilation or two of my own.
Thanks t all those who have encourage and passed on positive comments, these really do make the difference. 49 and have just completed the Couch to 5k perhaps a non achievement to some, but a big life change for me.
Now how do I convert my efforts into the graduation label?

Many congratulations. Two more runs for me. Looking forward myself. Possibly the 10k?? But I might try to improve 5k time first......Not sure. Wonder what everyone else did after c25k???
Many congratulations to you for completing this amazing programme , it is a massive achievement for sure .
You get your badge by just saying that you've completed W9R3 , it is one of the blue pinned posts on the right of the page. I think its called Need your Graduate Badge
There's a whole world of running waiting out there for you - distance, speed, hills, stairs, races, fartlekking etc Just consolidate for a while then mix it up a bit until you find what suits you. Enjoy!
Well done Dev!!!!! Blowing you a trumpet fanfare here to mark the occasion. Lovely fireworks display, oooooh aaaaaaaaagh, ooh that's one's a beauty! Everyone got their sparkler? Here we go. Oops sorry you already did the sparklers!
So, Dev, a Graduate. Crikey it only seems a few short weeks ago that you dipped your toe tentatively in C25k waters. Here you are now graduated to big school
I would deffo do the C25 k+ podcasts next. Start them the day after tomorrow. No let up now, keep up the momentum
Yeyy!! well done. I thoroughly recommend C25K+ but watch out for the 'speed' podcast. I ran C25K at a leisurely pace (it was that or die at the road side) and had problems running to my own music after I graduated (developed I-feel-like-an-old-lady-unable-to-walk hips) so I went running back to Laura (pun intended). I had no problems with 'stepping stones' and 'stamina' so did the speed podcast. It didn't feel too difficult at the time but boy did my legs hurt the next day......
Congratulations! I've actually reduced my running since graduating - not deliberately but have discovered I really can't run fast for 30 minutes yet, so I'm back to 20 minutes running but at a faster pace than I do the 30 minutes. I'm thinking of doing this twice a week and then once a week go back to the longer time with a slower speed. Eventually I reckon I'll be able to keep up the faster pace for the whole 30 minutes - that's the plan anyway!
