Well done; likewise when I started 6 months ago; you will not believe the health benefits that you will experience both mental and physical; keep at it; perseverance is everything and you can improve on your style and form too. Good luck.
You will amaze yourself over the coming weeks, I am sure of that I certainly did. I finished in August and I am still running I never thought I would but it gets hold of you. Good luck with next week.
I’ve just done week 1 run 2. It’s good to find someone at a similar stage in the process. I’ve never really ran and I’m surprised at how good it makes me feel. Keep at it!
Thanks, you too. Likewise, everyone else seems to be well down the route towards week 9 but I'm not in a rush. Just amazed I'm doing it to be honest 😁
