Just completed W3R1, first time ive gotten a stitch since starting the program, pleased to say I pushed through it though.

I read that stitch is prevented by hydrating well, I always have a drink before I go out. Also try breathing deeply even on the warm up walk to get the oxygen flowing, hate stitch, hope that helps 😀

Well done, don't eat anything much a few hours before workout, slowdown & deep breath slowly..if you get stitch.. HNY.

Its the Fitbit app, I have a Fitbit surge. Helps with the motivation.
