I did run one on Monday. Tonight I am going to do run 2 . I don’t know if anybody does this on the treadmill ? I am . I did just over 3k on the first run and did find it hard near to the end , but managed to do all the runs. Fingers crossed for tonight. This is my third attempt at doing this so third time lucky or so they say. Good luck everyone

Welcome. Turn it down a little if it gets hard, there is no too slow on this plan, let the muscle build and the fitness grow. Have a good run.
I’m doing the programme on a treadmill too as I’m too wimpy/clumsy to run in the dark. You should be absolutely fine as long as you ignore the gazelle on the next treadmill and stick to a pace that’s comfortable for you. Every run you do gets you nearer your goal, even the crappy ones. Good luck
Good luck, I did W1R2 today on the treadmill as well. I slowed down the speed a little bit and it really helped and I found that instead of desperately wanting the minute to be up I was surprised how how quickly it went and now I'm looking forward to run 3.
