Week 1 run 3

I’m really pleased I’ve managed to stick with it this far (I know it doesn’t seem like much) I found today’s run a lot easier than the last two. I’m still thinking that I want to repeat week 1 though as I really struggled with the first two runs and only managed 30seconds of each 60 second jog. Today was the first time I managed to do mostly full 60 second runs. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and it’s going to really bug me if I don’t manage to do the first week properly.

Well it done.

It is a training plan, not a tick box exercise, so if you do not fully complete a workout, then you do need to repeat it, as explained in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Yes I agree only move on to the next run if you have fully completed the previous run . Just take your time you'll get it 😊

It’s a big step to go from the couch to getting out there 3 times... so it may not seem like much to some, but we all remember what that took... its big... great job.

Yes, keep working until you compete each run fully. It may be a nine “week” plan... but wether you finish in the minimum time (54 days) or 12 months, it’ll change your life and increase your life expectancy just the same.

Enjoy that next run.

Well done! Try and ignore perfection but at the same time, do what you are comfortable with and what will build your confidence more. I'm a bit worried about week 2 tomorow but I'll try!
